Join us on November 4th for an exclusive live screening of our newest documentary, Crossing Lines: An American Journey to Redemption.

In August 2021, I set off with my friend, tech entrepreneur Zac Bookman, to document his cycling journey Across the United States from San Francisco to Chesapeake Bay, Virginia. The goal was simple: to make it from coast to coast before winter arrived. But what we didn’t anticipate were the challenges that lay ahead—detours caused by California wildfires, a flash flood in Utah that swept away our support vehicle, and bone-chilling temperatures on the East Coast, making our objective even tougher to achieve.

During the trip, while moving at the speed of a bike, I found myself on a personal quest. It was a time of post-COVID recovery, civil unrest, and political division, and I wanted to better understand the country I call home. Whenever possible, I took the opportunity to speak with locals, asking them the same set of questions. What I discovered was surprising, enlightening, and ultimately uplifting. Contrary to the divisive narratives portrayed by the media, I found that Americans from coast to coast genuinely care for each other, love this country, and are willing to lend a helping hand in times of need.

By the end of the journey, the ride itself became just one piece of the story. It was inspiring to witness Zac overcome countless obstacles, but it was equally inspiring to see the true spirit and beauty of the people and places that make up this nation. My goal with this film is to pass that inspiration on to you, showing a country united by its shared values. As we approach the upcoming election, I invite you to join me on November 4th at 7 PM for an online screening of the documentary via YouTube. Let’s take this opportunity to reflect and be inspired as we move forward together.
